Instructions for booking your room:

• Once at our webpage, enter the requested dates:
April 27, 2015 through May 5 , 2015 (these dates include the pre and post dates)
In the area where it says “SPECIAL RATES & AWARDS” enter the group code:
• FCSFCSG (Run of the House Room)
• FCSFCSC (City View Suite)
• FCSFCSD (Ocean View Room)
The reservation for the room will be appearing on the screen and they will be able to proceed with the booking.
Transportation to/from the airport
There is a private shuttle service from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU) in San Juan. The cost is $25 roundtrip per person to/from La Concha hotel.
FV Transport greeters will be at the baggage claim area holding up a Farzana & Steven sign. Please send us an email with your flight information (Airline, Flight Numbers and Arrival/Departure Times) in advance at info@stevenandfarzana.com in order for us to coordinate your transportation pick up/drop off.
Payments may be made in cash or with a credit card upon boarding the shuttle. (AMEX not accepted)
CITY VIEW SUITE
City View Suites at Suite Tower - One Bedroom Suite, The Suite Tower (1 king or 2 queens limited), balcony, sofa bed, kitchenette) 580 sqft (Group rate $189 plus taxes)
Please email us your travel itinerary so that we can arrange pick up/drop off shuttle transportation for you.
DELUXE OCEAN VIEW ROOM
Deluxe Ocean View at the Ocean Tower (1 king or 2 queens) at Ocean Tower 400 sqft (Group rate $209 plus taxes)
RUN OF THE HOUSE ROOM
These room will be selected by the hotel based on the accupancy at time of booking. May be city view or ocean front. (Group rate $175 plus taxes)
